Number Fourteen is a luxury, boutique development ideally located in the centre of Double Bay. Defined by its opulent finishes and refined character, the project is well known by Eastern suburb locals as a benchmark of design excellence. Set across five storeys, the development provides residential living in the form of 2x full floor, dual storey units, above a single full floor unit. On the ground floor the development also provides two retail spaces, in addition to on-grade parking.

PDS have acted as development managers to deliver the DA approval, multiple 4.56 modifications, several CC approvals and advise on construction. This project is currently under construction.
