The Ivy Warriewood offered purchasers a choice from 29 level land lots from 270sqm to 1309sqm, all located just minutes away from the beach. PDS were engaged as development managers from the beginning of the project, and acted as development managers to deliver the DA approval, CC approvals and ultimately bring the project to final occupation.
